We work with schools, government agencies and commercial clients, with experience ranging from reactive maintenance and repairs through to larger refurbishment projects.

Our commercial work ranges from reactive maintenance and repairs through to larger refurbishment projects. We have experience working in active schools, workplaces and public environments where safety, communication and minimising disruption are an important part of getting the job done.

Our work has included school toilet block refurbishments, classroom and office refurbishments, staffroom upgrades, installation of playground equipment and seating, along with a wide range of general carpentry, maintenance and repair works.

We understand the additional requirements that come with commercial and government projects, including site-specific safety procedures, documentation and compliance. Our experience working within these environments means we’re familiar with what’s required before arriving on site and throughout the project.

Our team is experienced in working within environments that have additional safety, access and compliance requirements.

For school projects, our workers hold current Working with Children Checks (WWCC) and Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks (NCCHC).

For rail-related works, our workers hold the required Rail Industry Worker (RIW) cards and comply with applicable site and safety requirements.

We are also familiar with completing the documentation and site-specific requirements associated with government and commercial projects.

Maintenance Services

BJ Carpentry and Bathrooms works with schools, government organisations and commercial facilities across a range of maintenance and refurbishment projects.

We currently undertake reactive maintenance works for School Infrastructure NSW, as well as larger projects completed directly for schools and through tender.

We have experience carrying out reactive maintenance works at Sydney Trains as a subcontractor.

We are a registered supplier on the buy NSW Supplier Hub making our business accessible to NSW Government buyers looking to engage suitable suppliers.
